Classes and Workshops


What type of payment do you accept for purchases?

We accept all major credit card, personal checks and money orders. Please note that all personal checks will need to clear our bank before the order is placed.

What is your return policy?

You may return and item for refund or replacement within 10 days of the delivery date. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. When you return an item, please follow instructions on the packing slip and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

What if I am not satisfied with my merchandise?

We guarantee that your product will meet or exceed your expectations or we will return the full purchase price of the product not including shipping. Each product is individually inspected for quality assurance before it ships. We take special care to hand wrap all products before shipping.

Do you offer wholesale discounts?

We're sorry. At this time, we are not offering any wholesale discounts.

Do you have a catalog?

With our intent on helping the environemnt and remaining 'green', we do not have a print catalog. All of our items are on the site. We will, in the near future, have our products in a downloadable catalog for easy viewing. This will be avaialable in Adobe PDF format.

I am looking for something in particular, but do not see it on your site, would you be able to locate that item?

Absolutely! If you are looking for a particular item, simply drop us an email or give us a call at 401-286-1852 and we will try to accomodate your request.

How much is shipping and handling?

We charge a flat $10.00 for shipping and handling. This price includes UPS ground shipping with tracking and delivery confirmation and it includes the careful wrapping of each individual product.

What shipping method do you use?

We use UPS ground shipping for our shipping needs.

Do you ship internationally?

We're sorry. At this time we do not ship internationally. If you are a Candadian customer, please email me to see if we can arrange for shipment.

I live locally, can I pick up my order at your offices?

If you live in the vicinity of our offices, you may arrange for pick up of your order. If this is an option for you, please let us know before placing your order so we can discount the shipping rate. You MUST contact us prior to placing your order in order to receive the shipping discount for orders picked up at our offices.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Orders shipped to a Rhode Island address OR picked up at our Rhode Island offices, will be charged 7% RI state sales tax.

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are generally filled and shipped within 48 hours. Depending on your location, it may take a total of 7-10 business days to arrive.

If I ordered an item and it ends up being out of stock, am I still charged for it?

When you place an order, we ensure the stock levels before the order is sent to be fulfilled. If an item is out of stock, you will not be charged for that item. It will be removed from your invoice. We do not backorder items. Please continue to check the site for updates on that product, or feel free to email us.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged when we place your order. This is typically within 24 hours of receipt of your order.

Can I cancel an order once I submit it?

If, for any reason you need to cancel an order after you place it, please contact us IMMEDIATELY at (401) 286-1852 to let us know you wish to cancel your order. We cannot accept an email request to cancel an order, this must be done via telephone. We will confirm your request for cancellation of the order via email. If we have already placed your order and charged your credit card, you may not be able to cancel your order.

Where are you located?

We have two locations where we see clients.

In RI, we are located at:

Heaven & Earth

63 Old Greenville Rd., North Smithfield, RI 02896.

In Massachusetts, we are located at:

503 Main Street, 2nd Floor, Medfield, MA 02052. 

All clients are seen by appointment only.

What are your office hours?

Our office hours are by appointment only. We cannot service any walk-in clients due to the nature of our holistic and spiritual service wer offer. We see clients Monday-Friday between the hours of 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM and on Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Sunday hours are by request only and are limited to our established clients who have emergency situations.

In the coming year, we will be adding more daytime hours.

What payment method do you accept for therapeutic services?

We accept all major credit cards, cash and personal checks from established clients. All returned checks will be assessed a $25.00 charge. Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless arrangements are made with the practitioner in advance.

Do you offer a sliding fee scale or discounts to senior citizens?

We do offer a sliding fee scale to those who are in need of our services but cannot afford to pay the full price. Please discuss this with the practitioner when scheduling the appointment. We do offer all senior citizens aged 60 and over a 25% discount on all healing services.We will not automatically extend this discount to you, as we would not know your age. Please address this discount with your practitioner when scheduling the appointment.

Do you offer group healing sessions?

Yes! We do offer group healing sessions. If you and three guests would like to experience any holistic or therapeutic healing session, please contact us to set up a block of time to come in where we will devote the time to you and your guests. The cost is $60.00 per person for one full hour of healing services. You can choose from:

Absolutely! If you are a family or group of friends who want to experience a holistic or spiritual based healing session (non-massage), we may be able to accomodate your reqeust.
