Spring Offerings

If you live in New England, then you're probably enjoying
the beautiful spring like weather we have in the east! It's
been a long winter and we're ready to be out with the old
and in with the new.
The same could be said for our emotions, feelings and
overall sense of change. Have you been as stuck as I've
been? Feeling as if you just can't move forward no matter
how hard you try? Join the club! But, its not a fun club to
belong to, is it? No matter how hard we try, we just cannot
seem to get into the groove of things.....our intention is
there, but in reality, its alot tougher to make those
positive changes we want to make in our lives.
With the renewal of spring, and spring cleaning our homes
and offices, why not spring clean our soul? We need to get
the cobwebs out of the soul and renew our souls with the
promise of what is yet to come. Give flight to those
emotions that you've been holding onto...whether its fear,
worry, or forgiveness. We find that when we are faced with
forgiveness, we feel we need to forgive the person. That is
not always the case. When we talk about forgiveness, we are
talking about not only forgiving the person, unless that is
your intention, but forgiving the way the incident made us
feel. Send love to the situation and let it go.
LET IT GO.
Sounds simple, huh? In reality it really is. Here is a
little exercise to let go of whatever you're holding onto
and when you are ready to let it go....just LET IT GO.
First....reach deep inside to where that ball of anger,
frustrating, worry, resentment...anything you have inside
that is just waiting and wanting to be released.
Good...you've got hold of it....now bunch it up into a ball
and bring it to the surface of your soul........look at
it....talk to it.....let it know how it made you feel and
let it know that it no longer has any control over you or
your emotions any longer. Take as long as you need to do
this......if you must cry, scream, shout....do it....this
is your release.
There...feel better? Now take that bunched up ball of
emotion and as you release it and toss it to the heavens,
say this affirmation "I no longer need or want how this
issue affected my emotion. I am free. I am letting it go. I
am moving on to better things in my life. You no longer
serve my purpose." and just let it go........brush your
hands together in finality and take a deep breath.
How do you feel? You may or may not feel any relief right
away, but give yourself time. You've carried this around
for a long time....you've just given away your excuse to
feel the emotions you had been feeling. Look inside
yourself and be proud of who you are and what you have
accomplished. Be the person you were meant to be.

and our North Smithfield office will be ready in early June
to start seeing clients for spiritual healing, life
coaching, intuitive readings and guided visualization.
